Purpose:
The Thundercare Early Flyer Program is designed for students needing early arrival at Yavapai Elementary School as a community service.
Registration Form & Information
Location:
Cafeteria, Yavapai Elementary School
Hours:
- Sign-In: 7:15 AM – 8:25 AM
- Playground Supervision: Begins at 8:25 AM
Days of Operation:
Monday to Friday, when school is in session.
Cost:
- $25 per month (maximum $50 per family)
- Payments accepted via cash or check
- May qualify for school tax credits (consult a tax advisor)
- Payments are due on the first day of attendance and on the first school day of each month.
Activities:
Students can engage in homework, enrichment activities, games, and supplemental learning.
Registration:
To request a space, complete the registration form. Confirmation will be sent via email from Yavapai staff, and enrollment will be finalized upon payment.
Important Information:
- Students must be checked in by Yavapai staff each morning.
- Regular attendance (60% of days or more) is expected; those who do not attend consistently may lose their spot to waitlisted students.
- Reserved spaces may be available for families with special circumstances.
